I am a big fan of this man, and have been since we first began dating (almost) 13 years ago.  Tim had moved into the dorm early for marching band practice, so was settled by the time I rolled in.  We lived next door to each other on a co-ed dorm floor - something we will try to avoid having our children do!  As I was unpacking my things, in walks this adorable guy - wearing the brightest neon green shirt I have ever seen.  Are you ready for his opening line to me?  It's a classic:

'Wow, you must be tired from moving all that stuff in.  Would you like a backrub?'

LOL!  I still tease him about his flirtatious ways.  But they certainly worked in my favor.

Tim helps me to think and process.  He seeks to share wisdom with me, as well as being interested in whatever limited wisdom I may have to offer on a subject.  What I most appreciate about my discussions with Tim is that he doesn't expect me to just take his word for anything, but encourages me to seek my own Truth.  In that vein, Tim has started a blog.  Though we do not always immediately see eye to eye on all subjects, I have been blessed by his sharing and his encouragement.  Worth a read, friends!
