Every time I try to exercise I get all hot and sweaty, sometimes my face turns red. Seems like an allergic reaction to me....
In all seriousness, it was brought to my attention - ahem - that some regular daily exercise in conjunction with some healthier eating habits, would be beneficial to my overall well-being.
So here's what I've been doing (2 reps of) each evening:
50 jumping jacks
5 push ups
20 crunches
20 mountain climbers
30 second plank
7 burpees
I was most terrified of the push-ups, but turns out those are a breeze. Must have something to do with my little lady and her constant desire to be held.....
