Gabe had his Christmas show at pre-school on Friday. We'd been practicing his two songs (Away in a Manger, Joy to the World) and he knew them. After his rock star performance at Thanksgiving, I thought this would be great. Little did I know...
He spent the ENTIRE telling of the nativity chewing his sweater and not singing.
He did vary his show by walking through the entire choir loft - even stopping in the pulpit for a little while, still with his sweater in his mouth.
He has NEVER put clothes in his mouth! We have no idea where this came from. Oddly, Friday night, he got horribly sick and he hadn't had any out of the ordinary food...perhaps the fibers of The Children's Place don't agree with his sensitive palate. (He's all better today, but I tell you what, I'll talk double ear infections over vomiting ANY day of the week!)
At least he was proud of his school mates for doing what they were supposed to be doing!
Lol...at the last seconds...he is too funny. The sweater looked great! Glad he is feeling better.
