Lily has never met her Uncle Chris, but she clearly has a little of his style in her. There is a 'Thompson Tale' of Chris climbing (and closing) the dishwasher. Here is Lily the other night while Tim - yes, Tim, I had the flu - was doing the dishes.

Lil' Mama has become quite the little climber. I feel like the progression was a little slower with Gabe. He crawled for a while, then focused on pulling up, then on cruising, then ultimately walking. Lily started crawling, pulling up and cruising within a week. Today she made it half way up the stairs! I am in awe of how quickly the second munchkin picks things up, all in an attempt to keep up with their older sibling.

There is one glaring difference between my kids - Gabe started moving at 6 months, and hasn't stopped yet. Lily is comfortably mobile, but is also content just to be held and observe. Is it gender? Is it character? Is it personality? I don't know - but I like it!
