It was way too hot this weekend, but we braved the heat to enjoy a family day. There was blood (Gabe cut himself on a frisbee of all things), sweat (all around, it was HOT!), and tears (just a few when we had to go inside). Of course, there was also a lot of laughter, the sound of giggling, and fabulous memories being made.

Which works because Gabe is a total Mama's Boy.
Lily loved swinging in the hammock. Gabe loved trying to swing Lily out of the hammock.
We always try for a family picture, and we always fail. Maybe when they're 16 and 14...
